Occult Trance Festival was a 2-3 day festival in July 2011. It was a unique festival with an outdoor GOA trance stage and a big circus tent with all the psychedelic rock bands. Dream Machine, Nukli, Omnia Opera, Quantum Fantay, ØSC, and more. It was a fantastic festival but there were not enough people so it was a loss for the organisers and they have never done another one.

Anyway, we had a great time and played a pretty good concert, especially the first set. Alex Pam from Dream Machine guested with us on the last song of the 1st set. We were scheduled to play 1-4 in the morning but our drummer PIB took forever to set up his drums and this stole 30mins of our playing time. We still managed 2.5 hrs.. Enjoy..

Just a note: This was a very challenging concert to mix as the drum track mics picked up everything and were not very clear. I really struggled.

This is kind of a monolithic album imho, yet somehow it's OSJC's most approachable album (that I've heard so far, I guess). I say that as a person who initially balked at the runtimes - I'm a "brevity is the soul of wit" kinda guy. That said, these jams are absolutely first-class. You do not feel the length at all, they're more like soundtracks to an inner movie. Soft Velvet Underbelly makes me wish I still played Elite: Dangerous, so I could commit space piracy to it. Has a great coda, too. Smekermann
